To put on any aviation event takes a lot of ground work, no matter if it’s just a flight breakfast, a social type gathering, or a major airshow or national fly-in. And, it is never simply a matter of a few hours, or days worth of preparation, it takes weeks, months and even starting to plan next year’s event upon the clean up from the current year.
What makes an aviation event great is not just the aircraft and patrons but more importantly the organization and people behind it to make it safe, successful and smoothly run. That goes from the top of the sponsoring organization down to and most especially the volunteers that do the Yeomans work in that success. So, it is that the success of AAA/APM Invitational Fly-in is in no small part due to the help of our volunteers. And not just during the event itself, but the weeks and months leading up to the event and afterwards, as well.
Following then, in no particular order, and with apologies to anyone we may have missed, is a list of all those who once again stepped forward to give of their time, talents, equipment and expenses to make the AAA/APM Invitational Fly-in as well as the supporting events at Hastings, NE, Red Oak, IA, & the Iowa Aviation Museum, & Dacy Airport at Harvard, IL, safe, successful, and enjoyable for all.

2025 Registration
Your registration fees help pay for the costs associated with the fly-in including security, emergency services, rental equipment, and insurance amongst many other expenses.
As part of their membership benefits, there is no registration charge to Lifetime members. Guests of Lifetime members are subject to the per-person registration fee, and camping and bunkhouse fees do apply to Lifetime members.
The registration fees charged for all attendees (members and guests) at the AAA/APM Fly-In are predicated on the attendance of the entire five-day fly-in event. Since many of the fly-in costs are constant for the event regardless of the length of time that a particular guest stays, we require an up-front payment of the total registration fee.
