The Antique Airplane Association & the Air Power Museum Inc. cordially invite our AAA members & their guests to the 72nd National AAA Fly-in & the 52nd AAA/APM Invitational Fly-in, featuring the Sorrell Hiperbipe.

ADVANCE REGISTRATIONS: All packets of tags, programs, ballots etc. for those registered in advance, will be held on file at AAA Headquarters. This will help speed you through the registration process on arrival. In view of our policy of a closed “INVITATIONAL FLY-IN” for members only, the AAA will not accept registrations from those who are not active members of the AAA. We will accept bona fide guests of members, but these advance registrations must come from active or new AAA members. Registrations received from non-members will be returned unless accompanied by membership and will be processed on receipt of members application form and dues.

Registration Details

Prices reflect an early registration discount, good until July 1, 2024. There is no registration charge to AAA Lifetime members. Note that camping fees (tent, camper, RV, under wing) will still apply.

Fly-in Registration for AAA Member(Required)

Alone or with spouse and minor child. NO REFUNDS.

Fly-in Registration for Invited Guests(Required)

Guests of AAA members, alone or including spouse and minor children. NO REFUNDS.

Camping Permit(Required)

(Tent, under wing, or bunkhouse) for entire Fly-in (based on three day minimum stay.) Camping fees apply to Lifetime members.

Camping Permit for Wheeled Vehicles(Required)

(Trailers, RVs, and Motor Homes) for entire Fly-in (based on three day minimum stay.) Camping fees apply to Lifetime members.

Parking for Extra Vehicles(Required)

As vehicle parking is very limited, if you have more than one vehicle in your party, there will be an extra charge of $10.00 for each additional parking pass.

Add Donation (Optional)

Donations to the Airpower Museum are fully tax deductible. The Airpower Museum is a 501(c)(3).

2025 Registration

Your registration fees help pay for the costs associated with the fly-in including security, emergency services, rental equipment, and insurance amongst many other expenses.

As part of their membership benefits, there is no registration charge to Lifetime members. Guests of Lifetime members are subject to the per-person registration fee, and camping and bunkhouse fees do apply to Lifetime members.

The registration fees charged for all attendees (members and guests) at the AAA/APM Fly-In are predicated on the attendance of the entire five-day fly-in event. Since many of the fly-in costs are constant for the event regardless of the length of time that a particular guest stays, we require an up-front payment of the total registration fee.

While we prefer payment via cash or check, we do accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for registration fees at the fly-in.
