While the antique biplanes get most of the attention, I think the Cubs and a Stearman in our group that are flying low and slow are possibly having more fun.

Today most of the group flew from Bozeman, MT to Spearfish, SD, with a few folks peeling off to fly a northerly route via Miles City, MT and over to Pierre, SD.

Low and slow along the Yellowstone River in Montana. Keeping the locomotive engineers on their toes.

Bighorn Lake near Fort Smith, MT just south of Billings. In 100 degree heat the water looked very tempting.

Devil's Tower is just adjacent to the course from Sheridan, WY to Spearfish, SD, our stopping point for the day.
