There was more progress Monday on the APM Restoration Center both visible and not so visible. The crew from Greiner Construction finished boxing the Schweiss bi-fold hangar door to the main structure and started skinning the front of the building.

Then Monday evening volunteer Les "Col. Sparky" Gaskill began wiring the temporary lights for use during the AAA/APM Fly-in when the Restoration Center will be used nightly for the "Runway Cinema" and on Sun evening (Sep 2nd) for the annual "Gone Home" awards meeting.

Tuesday will see the return of the crew from the Overhead Door Co. to finish making the hangar door operational. Construction of the Restoration Center shell is slated to be finished by the end of the day Wednesday!
