The Pemberton Family Waco is racking up time and ready for the 1500 mile trip east to Iowa in two weeks. See pictures attached taken by Ryan Pemberton this week.

We have 12 hours on the airplane and will put on another 10 hours and 100 landings on it before the Blacksburg trip. The 1936 Waco EQC-6 with the 350 hp Wright R760-E2 supercharged power plant has wonderful performance and is very smooth. The ailerons are light and powerful and the airplane has wonderful slow flight handling. Even with the windows rolled down these hot summer days there is a light cool breeze in the cabin and the intercom for all 4 seats works great without excessive squelching. Runway handing is very straight forward and tracks like it's on rails during rollout.
